To be finished in November 2023, a house that meets all the colonial details and at the same time modern touches that give us a different atmosphere and with a lot of amplitude. Built in 2 stories with all the comforts. All connections ready to install air conditioning in each of the bedrooms and solar panels to help the environment and help us with the payment of electricity. Here they thought of those details that in few cases have been considered.

Built in a plot of land with 10 meters front by 20 meters deep, with a total of 2,626 square feet of construction.

The kitchen comes with cabinets and the bedrooms with closets.
