CASCO DEL CERRO

This house is located in Casco del Cerro, a gated community that has a unique environment surrounded by a natural reserve that makes it the only one of its kind in its category.  

The house is a modern loft design with colonial details, lots of natural light and very cozy modern finishes.  The house is currently rented.

We named it the reserve because the house is part of the nature reserve that surrounds this beautiful place.  We can appreciate the trees and the super nice atmosphere that is particular to this place.  

On the first floor we find:

• Living room
• Dining room
• Kitchen with open island 
• Backyard with firepit area and pergola with bar 
• Bedroom with bathroom 
• ½ guest bathroom

Second floor we have

• 2nd bedroom with bathroom
• 3rd open loft bedroom where we can appreciate the view to the living room.
• 1 full bathroom for the third bedroom
