COUNTRY HOUSE IN SAN PEDRO EL ALTO

This house is ideal for those who like to live in the countryside, surrounded by nature and with a country atmosphere very close to Antigua Guatemala.

San Pedro el Alto is characterized by its rustic concept surrounded by trees, where we can have a different lifestyle with our children and pets.  

This property is composed of two units with a large garden with fruit trees that gives us that unique atmosphere.

One unit has the following characteristics:

• 1 Bedroom
• 1 full bathroom
• Kitchenette

This could be a small apartment or maid’s quarters depending on our needs.  

The other unit is a cabin type house with the following characteristics:

• Kitchen
• Living-Dining room
• 3 bedrooms with bathroom and closet
• 2 bedrooms (one of them with closet)
• 1 full bathroom shared with the other bedrooms.

One bedroom is a mezzanine that works as a bedroom but could be a studio or office.

Pets are accepted.
