This house has a very particular design, where minimalism and modernism merge and create extremely cozy environments.  With lots of natural light, windows that integrate the environment with the house and We find all the comforts we need to live.  

From the moment we enter we feel a unique atmosphere, through an original antique door from a house in downtown Antigua Guatemala that is many years old and gives us an idea of the uniqueness of the property.  Upon entering we come across a wall that simulates an old adobe wall that decorates the environment and makes it very cozy.  

We have a living room with fireplace and dining room, which are integrated with a backyard that more than a patio decorates the interior environments with its plants.

The kitchen has solid wood cabinets and comes with stove, refrigerator and microwave.
